WHAT'S GOING ON IN ROTARY AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD - November 1, 2023
There are plenty of ways we can participate in our Club and the Community in the weeks ahead, specifically:
THE HOLIDAY HOUSE TOUR NEEDS VOLUNTEERS!
While many community members and Rotarians have signed up to volunteer at the Holiday House Tour, we still need more. Tell your family and friends - it’s a fun event and they would be supporting the community here and internationally by helping with this event. Don’t forget to mention a free pass to the tour on the day they are not volunteering. Contact Greg Fedoryn to sign up.
It's the 24th annual
Niagara-on-the-Lake Rotary Holiday House Tour
Friday, December 1st & Saturday, December 2nd, 2023
GENERAL DAY TOUR
$45 early bird | $50 after November 17, 2023
*Eventbrite fees apply. Your day ticket is good for Friday and Saturday.
If you like interior design, architecture, and seasonal decorations, the annual
Niagara-on-the-Lake Rotary Holiday House Tour is for you. Tour 6 gorgeous,
beautifully decorated homes; visit local historic and cultural sites; sample complimentary tastings from 3 featured wineries and a winery/distillery; and enjoy specially priced luncheons for attendees as well. All profits go to charitable causes.
As you are likely aware, the 'partner' event to the Holiday House Tour is on Friday and Saturday evening, December 1stand 2nd at the McArthur Estate.
This year it is called “A Candlelight Christmas at the McArthur Estate”.
Betty Knight and Katie Aeby are looking for volunteers to assist outdoors from 5 PM until 9 PM on either or both evenings. If you have your 'Smart Serve' certification, this would be an added bonus. Please contact Betty, Katie or Jamie Knight if you or your friends want to attend, tickets are already going very fast!
