This week at noon, we will welcome Cindy Grant, volunteer extraordinaire in Niagara On the Lake.

The Terms of Reference for the Community Wellness Committee is to provide guidance to Town Council and staff aimed at making the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake a healthy community, enabling all residents of all ages to participate as full and meaningful community members.

This will include general advice and guidance in respect to services, public or private, related to social health and physical well-being of residents across the municipality.

Cindy will update us about the Town of Niagara On the Lake, Community Wellness Committee, and how we can support the work of this organization.

Last week meeting- March 30th- Strategic Planning Survey Results

Thank you for your input and participation last Tuesday at noon when we discussed the Club Visioning initiative led by DG Elect Anne Birmingham.
 
Your Strategic Planning Team Outline:
April 7th- 7-9pm- A 20 member cross section of our membership will be led by our District leadership team to try and identify strategies to bring shape to our 3 year Strategic plan.
April 20th- noon- Club assembly discussions to test the strategies identified and verify the direction.
May 17th- Club Board will provide direction and discuss SP concepts with the District leadership team.
June 21st- Board adoption of Strategic Plan
 
 
 
 DIVERSITY, EQUALITY AND INCLUSION IN ROTARY
On behalf of the Rotary International DEI task force, and in the spirit of inclusivity, members who didn’t receive an invitation and wish to submit feedback about their Rotary experience, can send their email address and preferred language to surveys@rotary.org to receive the DEI  survey.
 
 
Saturday April 24- Rotary Great Lakes Watershed Clean up.
Current COVID-19 Government legislation has forced the District to make adjustments to this event. As such the date for our club participation may be changed.

Coaching as a New Leadership Model-
A three-part coaching certificate series will be launched this spring facilitated and designed by professional coaches in District 7090. Sessions will be conducted one Saturday per month for two hours –
