COFFEE TALKS

Our Rotary Club has one asset, only one, and it is our members.  Members make it all happen, fundraising on behalf of amazing projects in our community and around the globe.  For a not very large club, we punch above our weight.  But we cannot punch at all without our members feeling engaged and appreciated.

As a club we’ve experienced many challenges over the past few years.  We need to hear from you, our members; not just hear, but LISTEN and where possible take meaningful action to improve.

Coffee Talks is about to launch.  The goal of the initiative is to get a read on members’ sentiment, both individually & collectively.  We will be looking for actionable suggestions & feedback to improve how we engage with each other and our communities, while optimizing the talent and skills in our club.

Someone from our Membership Committee will be contacting you soon to arrange a one-on-one informal meeting over coffee.  We want to know about your membership experience, what you most value in being a Rotarian, and most importantly, how can we make our club better.  You will be hearing from one of us in the near future to arrange a time.

Please note that all comments will be treated as anonymous.  We will bring your ideas back to the club for an open and interactive discussion at a club meeting in early June.  Thank you for your participation in advance.

From your Membership Committee.
